That all I know about this photo, which was part of a lot I bought last week. Most of the photos were of a Connecticut family camping in Maine in the 1910s. This one could be from around the same time, or maybe a bit later.
I love a good mystery, so I’ve been tracking down “Paradise.” Turns out there was a Paradise Inn near Bennington, Vermont, which advertised skiing. But there’s really no way to know if “Paradise” was the name of the ski area, or merely a description of it. Or, it could have been both, actually!
